1.How much does it cost?
Rates vary depending on size of apartment, length of stay and the season. See rates page.

2.What is included in the rate?
The price includes the cost of the apartment for use during your stay. Light and heat are also included in the price. One set of linen and towels are provided and if you stay longer than one week the apartment will be cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided. Secure underground car parking is included in the cost.

3.Are there any discounts for longer stays?
Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss longer stays.

4.What method of payment do you accept?
Payment should be made by credit card using our booking system. If you are unable to complete your booking by credit card, then please contact us directly.

5.How do I make reservation?
To make reservation please visit our web–site. You will find there pictures and description of all apartments. You will be also able to check the availability and make the on-line booking.

6.Do apartments require minimum stays?
The apartments are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. To arrange a booking for a shorter period, please contact us directly.

7.Can I stay longer than one week but less than two?

We can tailor your booking subject to availability. To make relevant arrangements please contact us.

8. Is a security deposit required?

A minimum security deposit of €150 per apartment is payable in cash on your arrival. In the event of damage to the property or its contents the security deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will be refunded in cash on departure once the apartment is returned in an acceptable condition. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, may also result in the loss of the security deposit.

9.What time is the check – in and check – out?
Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm on day of arrival, check out time is before 10am. These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you are unable to arrive or depart at the specified time, advance approval must be sought from the Manager. Late arrivals must be notified to us in advance.

10.How do I collect keys?
On arrival at Donegan Court you will be met by a manager on site who will show you to your booked apartment. In the unlikely event when a manager is unable to meet you, alternative arrangements will be made for the key collection.

11.Do you cater for families with young children?

Donegan Court is a family friendly apartment development. We can provide travel cots and high chairs when requested in advance.

12.What rules and restrictions are involved?
Donegan Court reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the customer during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety or enjoyment of other customers. Parties are not permitted in Donegan Court. You are not permitted to remain on the balconies after 11pm. All stereo, radio & TV appliances should be kept at a volume, which will not interfere with other guests’ quiet enjoyment of their homes. This includes the playing of musical instruments, loudspeakers, mechanical noise, singing and other noise that might cause annoyance to residents in the development. Particular care should be exercised after 11pm. Donegan Court shall not be liable for any damages, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay. 13.What happens if I cancel?

14.Do you provide towels and linen?

Rates include one set of towels per person and bed linen. If your stay is longer than one week we will clean the apartment and provide fresh towels and bed linen.

15.What kitchen appliances are provided?
All of the apartments have full cooking facilities: crockery, kitchen utensils and modern appliances. All kitchens have a stove, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and dishwasher.

16.Is there a telephone line in the apartment?
There is no telephone line in the apartments.

17.Can I use the Internet in the apartment?

All apartments have WIFI.

18.Are there elevators?

Donegan Court has one elevator for the guest use.

19.Is there heating in the apartment?
Each apartment has the benefit of an independent heating system

20.Am I allowed to bring my pets with me?

Pets are not permitted in Donegan Court with the exception of Guide Dogs.

21.Are the apartments in safe area?
The apartments are located in safe and quiet area in the city centre.

22.Is television provided?
All apartments are provided with a cable television.

23.Is housekeeping service provided?
Your apartment will be cleaned and ready for you on arrival. If your stay is longer than one week we will clean the apartment and provide fresh towels and bed linen.

24.Do you provide foldaway beds?
Donegan Court can provide foldaway beds subject to prior arrangement and availability.

25.Do you provide breakfast?
Meals are not provided.
